Police suspect serial flasher prowling Chittenden County

WILLISTON, Vt. -

Police suspect a serial flasher is at work in Chittenden County and they say he struck he struck twice Monday in Williston.

The man allegedly exposed himself to a woman walking by his car on Marshall Avenue. Soon after in the Home Depot parking lot, the man approached another woman, knocked items out of her hands, bent over to pick them up and then took a picture up her skirt.

The man was driving a maroon, older-model Jeep Cherokee.

Police say the same man might have struck in Essex last week, when a teenage girl reported a man in an SUV exposed himself to her.
