Murder suspect Patricia Prue's request to have her trial moved has been denied.
Prue and her husband, Allen Prue, are charged with kidnapping and murdering St. Johnsbury Academy teacher Melissa Jenkins back in March.
Both have pleaded not guilty and will be tried separately.
Patricia Prue's attorney had requested her trial be moved from St. Johnsbury, saying the pretrial publicity would make it impossible for her to get a fair trial.
But the judge says that request was premature.
