BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -
A Brattleboro man will spend the next 3.5 years behind bars for an ugly crash that severely injured a passenger in his car.
Police say 32-year-old Dustin North collided with a car on Route 30 in Brattleboro back in April after driving erratically.
A passenger in his car suffered a broken neck, back, leg, collar bones, and ribs, as well as a lacerated kidney and liver.
North pleaded guilty to DUI with serious bodily injury, among other charges.
