Police have released photos of the
Chittenden County Flasher.
The surveillance photos were taken at
the Home Depot in Williston Monday.
Police say outside the store, the
suspect approached a woman, knocked items out of her hands and bent over to
pick them up, and then took a picture up her skirt.
Police say the flasher struck three
other times in the past week in Williston and Essex, exposing himself to women
from inside his reddish SUV.
Anyone who recognizes the
