Man pleads guilty to shooting daughter's boyfriend

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -

A Windham County man has pleaded guilty to shooting his daughter's boyfriend.

The shooting happened last year during an argument at a home on Route 30 in Townshend. Edward Tetreault, 55, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and faces 5-15 years in prison.

The victim, William McGuiness, 25, is still recovering from a broken jaw and a gunshot wound to his shoulder.
