Police composite sketch
Surveillance photo
WILLISTON, Vt. -
Police say the fearless flasher has struck again, exposing himself now to at least four victims. Investigators hope a composite sketch will help catch him.
Police worked with some of his victims to create the sketch. The flasher is described as a thin, white man with longish blonde hair. Police say his description matches the man exposing himself to women in Essex and Williston in the last few days. They released surveillance photos from Home Depot. They say the flasher paid with cash, left the store and took a photo up a woman's skirt in the parking lot. He's believed to be driving an older model red Jeep Cherokee.
Police say they're not sure if he's dangerous and want to catch him before his behavior escalates.
"Be vigilant. If anybody does anything like this try to get a good plate number, good description. Just a good description and be a good witness is all we're asking," Williston Police Det. Michael Lavoie said.
Police say along with Essex and Williston, similar flashing incidents have occurred in Winooski, Berlin and Warren this month.
