Plans for Burlington apartment complex spark controversy

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Developers plan to build a 200-unit apartment complex on the S.D. Ireland concrete site on Grove Street in Burlington. Supporters say it could help ease the city's housing crunch. But the preliminary plans are already generating controversy.
