Music is often a big part of moments in our lives, but for many it is also a big part of daily life.

Mel Kaplan is a classical music expert who helped select the music played at the Vt. Statehouse before former Gov. Madeleine Kunin made her inaugural speech. Kaplan and Gov. Kunin appeared on The :30 to discuss that selection and music in general. Watch the video for more.
