Fleeing the scene after rollover

CORNWALL, Vt. -

It happened in Route 30 late last night. Police say 37-year-old Joshua Laraway of Bridport collided with a culvert and rolled his car several times before it came to rest on its roof. Police say Laraway then fled the scene. His passenger 21-year-old Justin Stone of Middlebury was transported to the hospital with serious injuries to his head, neck and back. Police have located Laraway. He is charged with gross negligent operation and leaving the scene of an accident among other charges.
