A New Hampshire man did not have enough seats in his pickup for his kids, so police say he put one of them in a tool box.
Springfield police say 42-year-old Russell Johnson picked up his three kids, but only had enough seats for two of them. He put the third in a tool box that spans the bed of the truck, and then drove 40 miles home to Bradford, New Hampshire.
Johnson is charged with cruelty.
