Overcoming obstacles in the workplace

There is a new Chittenden County Deputy Prosecutor.  29 year-old Ben Chater took the job in the busiest district in the state less then a year ago, overseeing up to 200 active cases at a time.  He is known as being smart and funny; he's also disabled.  Chater has had cerebral palsy since birth.  He is the first person with cerebral palsy to hold this job. Ben Chater told us about the successes he has as a lawyer, but also the challenges of having cerebral palsy. His boss, TJ Donovan, is the head Prosecutor in Chittenden County. He tells us what he sees in Chater and why he hired him.
