GMCR appoints new CEO

WATERBURY, Vt. -

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters has a new leader.

Brian Kelley will become president and CEO next month.

He replaces current president and CEO Larry Blanford who is retiring after taking charge when the company's founder stepped down five years ago.

Kelley comes from the Coca-Company, where he was chief product supply officer and was scheduled to take over as president of Coca-Cola Refreshments next year.
