MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - The Vermont attorney general's office says a caregiver has been charged with 17 counts of Medicaid fraud.
Michelle Forcier, 42, of Colchester, was arraigned Tuesday in superior court in Windsor County.
Forcier is accused of submitting false claims for payments in excess of $1,300 for care under the Vermont Developmental Services Medicaid waiver program that was not provided. She pleaded not guilty.
