Four people have been arrested for allegedly distributing large amounts of cocaine in the Burlington area.
Ramell Holder, 34, Jack Castro, 40, and Marcus Sinclair, 31, face a variety of charges that could get them up to 40 years in prison.
Erin McKenna, 31, faces up to 20 years.
Earlier this year, McKenna won a $10,000 legal settlement from the city of South Burlington. Cpl. Jack O'Connor had stopped McKenna two years ago, searched her car and detained her, believing she was a drug courier. McKenna claimed it was an illegal stop and filed a lawsuit. The city settled, paying McKenna $10,000. It was one of several controversial stops O'Connor made over the years and he was fired by the city in June of last year.
