Longtime St. Armand supervisor dead at 77

ST. ARMAND, N.Y. -

The longtime supervisor in St. Armand, New York lost her battle with cancer Monday morning.

Joyce Morency was the longest serving member of the board, holding her post since 1981. She was also the first woman on the board and served as chairwoman for two years. Many on the board say she will be remembered as a financial expert. She was 77 years-old.
