Homeless people flocking to motels

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Homelessness is a big problem in Vermont. With so many shelters filling up fast, motels are offering space for families in need of a place to stay. Unfortunately, this is costing the state more than ever before.

Kathryn Flagg from Seven Days wrote an article this week covering the record number of homeless people staying in motels. Watch the video for more.
