Great showings for some Vermont cheese makers at the 2012 World Cheese Awards in the UK.
Over 2,700 cheeses from more than 30 countries entered the show.
-Harbison from Cellars at Jasper Hill and Shepsog from Grafton Village Cheese Co. were voted into the Super Gold Top 16 Cheeses in the World.
-Alpha Tolman from Jasper Hill and Barndance from Grafton were voted into the Super Gold Top 55 Cheeses in the World.
-Cabot Creamery, Spring Brook Farm and Vermont Butter and Cheese Creamery also received awards.
