Text message scam targets bank customers

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A warning about a bank scam.

Some Community National Bank customers are getting texts on their cellphones that read "CNB ALERT" that tell customers to call a phone number in regards to their debit card being deactivated or canceled.

If you've been targeted, call your local bank branch or Vermont state police.
