Flood wall repairs under way in Bennington

BENNINGTON, Vt. -

Repairs are under way to a flood wall in Bennington that was damaged during Tropical Storm Irene.

Fast-moving floodwaters of last year's storm pounded the concrete flood wall along County Street, slamming debris, including a car, into it.

Work began repair work last week to stabilize the wall and seal any sink holes.
