WILLIAMSTOWN, Vt. -
A suspect will be in court Friday after a 40-minute police chase through three Vermont towns.
Police say just before 5 p.m. Thursday, they tried to pull over Stephen Ford in Williamstown for an arrest warrant and he took off, leading them through Williamstown, Chelsea and Brookfield.
They say the chase ended when Ford fled the vehicle and attempted to outrun police.
He is facing multiple charges, including attempting to elude and resisting arrest. The 30-year-old is also facing charges for two other pursuits in Washington County.
