Mitten Tree Update: 12/14/12

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. -

We update the Channel 3 Mitten Tree, with a special thanks to Renee Brent from South Burlington. She has lost most of her eyesight and also has Multiple Sclerosis -- and still makes us 150 hand-knitted Mitten Tree donations each year!

She has friends donate worsted weight yarn to her, and when she mentioned she didn't have enough, one of her friends posted about it on Facebook and she began receiving yarn from places as far off as Illinois.
