St. Albans woman charged in deadly crash

NORTH TROY, Vt. -

A St. Albans woman is facing charges for causing a crash that killed two people in August.

Edmund Moran, 82, and Margaret Moran, 76, of Jay, died in a head-on crash with Alexis Gabree, 26, on Route 105 in North Troy.

Vermont state police say Gabree caused the crash by crossing the centerline. And police have now determined that Gabree was impaired. She's being charged with careless and negligent driving and DUI with death resulting.
