Mike McCune put the guest microphone on and showed Kristin Carlson how to make a homemade dish called "Chris-citrus-mas." It's a chicken and relish dish. Watch the video for more.
RECIPES:
Orange-Cranberry Relish
Two cups of whole cranberries
One medium orange cut into 8-10 slices. Do not peel but remove any seeds
¾ to 1 cup of sugar to taste
Can add ½ cup of walnuts or pecans
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until completely pureed.
Let stand for two hours before serving
Orange-Rosemary Chicken
Clean and dry 2-4 boneless chicken breasts
Use fork to poke into chicken then place chicken in bowl or plastic bag.
Add orange juice to level to cover chicken
Add 1 tablespoon of honey per piece of chicken
Add fresh rosemary to bag
Let it sit overnight in fridge
Set oven to 375
Drain chicken and place in pan
Sprinkle with rosemary
Add salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice oranges and place atop chicken
Bake for 30 minutes
