NY man faces charges in fatal crash

BANGOR, N.Y. -

A New York man is facing a homicide charge for an accident that killed a motorcyclist this past summer.

The accident happened on Route 8 in Bangor, N.Y., early on Aug. 4. Police say Justin Supernault, 21, of Brushton, was drunk and high on marijuana when he lost control of his car and struck a motorcycle he was following. The crash killed 21-year-old Cody O'Connor.

Supernault is now charged with criminally negligent homicide.
