While the holidays are in full swing, eating more and working out less is a common problem. But what happens after the holidays are over? There's one workout that some say is fun, easy and helps shed holiday pounds in a healthy way. It's called Zumba Fitness, and it's a workout that involves a little aerobics and a little bit of partying all mixed in one.
