
Melissa Sheketoff is the associate producer for The Thirty and one of the weekend reporters here. Melissa comes from an immediate family of seven; she's one of five kids. Her mother, Claudia, explains it's hard to find one meal that all seven people will eat and enjoy. But every holiday, they make Grinch Pasta. Grinch Pasta Recipe:
- Fresh basil
- 1/2 to ¾ cup of olive oil
- About 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- Package of pinole nuts (pine nuts) or walnuts
- Grated cheese
- 1 lb of pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
