Delta Travel wins award by having best customer service and fewest complaints by a travel club.

Travel clubs are like everything else in life, some are good, some not so good. And then there's the elite travel club Delta Travel.

According to Delta, they have been awarded the top travel agent by the TCA, in regards to fewest complaints by members, which isn't always easy in the service industry, especially when it comes to travel club.

Located in the heart of Valencia in the Santa Clarita Valley in Southern California, Delta Travel is a full service travel agency for private members only. They do not do business with the public.

To become a member, one must attend a sales presentation at their Valencia office.

One piece of advice is to join that day as the first day incentives are very compelling.

Once a member, one can book any and all travel at cost, including hotels, cruises, even all inclusive resorts.

They also offer members access to resort condos all over the world at unbelievably low prices. And if one travels within 60 days or less, they can get their accommodations for even less.

The only area they don't get discounts is on airfare, but then again, no one does. But Delta Agents can and do save members money on airfare just by watching rates and booking when they are at their lowest.
