What Vermont's safe roads policy means during storms

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Vermont, along with all the other northern states, has a policy when it comes to snow removal during storms. The goal is to keep the roads safe, but that does not mean bare pavement.

Vt. Transportation Secretary Brian Searles stopped by the WCAX News studio Wednesday to explain. Watch the video for more.
