Burlington law firm paying for free taxi trips

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A law firm is trying to cut down on the number of Burlington area drunk drivers on New Year's Eve, by offering free New Year's Eve cab rides for those who overindulge.
 
The law firm of Martin, Harding & Mazzotti will pick up the tab for your cab in Burlington between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.

Participate by dialing 1800LAW1010 or Star Star LAW (**LAW) on a mobile phone, area residents will be connected with an operator that will coordinate a free ride from their location to their place of residence.
