BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Two Vermont teenagers have been arrested for stealing 20 cars from around Chittenden County.
Burlington Police say the thieves targeted vehicles that had the keys left inside. They would go on joyrides and cause severe damage to the cars before abandoning them.
Police say their investigation led them to Cody Paquette, 17, of Burlington, and Seamus Doolan, 17, of Essex. Both face multiple counts of operation without owner's consent.
