RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man is facing prescription fraud charges in Vermont.
Police cited John Dickson Harper, 41, of Leesport, Pa., on Wednesday on charges of defrauding multiple pharmacies in Bennington, Rutland and Windsor counties this past spring to get prescriptions for hydrocodone, oxycodone and hydromorphone.
He is scheduled to appear on court on Jan. 21.
