NORTH BENNINGTON, Vt. -
A close, but consistent decision, as North Bennington voters have decided-- yet again-- to close the Graded School.
The Rutland Herald reports the numbers were not far off from the October vote, which some deemed too close.
The two-question ballot asked voters if they wanted to close the North Bennington Graded School and reopen it under a lease agreement as an independent school in the village.
Now the Board of Education will need to review the application in order for the school to open this fall.
