Sen. Westman discusses GOP concerns on Vt. budget

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Republicans don't hold many cards in the upcoming legislative session, so they will have to play their hand carefully. With concerns about big shortfalls in next year's general fund and transportation budgets, GOP lawmakers hope to have a say on next year's spending plan.

Lamoille County Senator Rich Westman has a long record of working on the Legislature's money committees. He talked with Roger Garrity about his concerns. Watch the video for more.
