BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Many people love classical music, and many also say it has benefits like helping kids learn and impacting social development.

Classical music expert Mel Kaplan is a strong believer in connecting kids to music. Kaplan brought his granddaughter, Ada Rohan, to help with this segment. Ada is 12 years old and plays the flute. She played a solo for us live, and a duet with Mel. Watch the video for more.
