Conn. man accused of lewd conduct in Vt.

GROTON, Vt. -

A Connecticut man is behind bars, accused of inappropriately touching a young boy in Vermont.

Police say Thursday night, Louis Cacopardo, 67, of New Haven, Conn., fondled the 6-year-old on Scott Highway in Groton and had the boy touch him, as well.

Cacopardo was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a child and possession of marijuana.
