Middlebury's Jake Wolfin became the school's all-time assist leader as the third-ranked Middlebury men's basketball team (12-0, 3-0) remained undefeated with a 85-68 win over Connecticut College Friday night at in Pepin Gym.
Wolfin finished the game with six assists to bring his career total to 463, surpassing Ben Rudin's 460 from '06-'09. Nolan Thompson led all scorers with 22 and Joey Kiezel added 19 in the win.
In high school action Friday night, Rice improve to 7-0 with a 57-39 home win over CVU (4-5), and Rutland (5-4) knocked off Essex (6-2) on the road in overtime 63-57.
