Cruise ship sinking in Lake Sunapee

LAKE SUNAPEE, N.H. -

An amazing sight on Lake Sunapee Friday.

The MV Kearsarge started taking on water. The 66-foot dinner cruise ship has been a fixture on the Lake for decades.

Owners do not know what caused the boat to start sinking.

Experts checked to make sure it was not leaking fuel into the Lake -- and put booms around the ship just in case. Cranes will be used to get it out.
