NH considers 9-1-1 immunity proposal

A proposed law in New Hampshire would protect 9-1-1 callers from facing criminal charges.

The House is considering a bill that grants immunity, both civil and criminal, to people calling 9-1-1- to report a drug or alcohol-related emergency.

The bill would also provide immunity to the person who is the subject of the call.

The House Judiciary Committee holds a hearing on the bill tomorrow.
