Vermont Yankee back in court

The debate surrounding the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant was back in court today. Lawyers for both the State of Vermont and Entergy faced off before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City.  Jennifer Reading was there along with legal expert Cheryl Hannah, they talked about what this case could mean.
