Driver sentenced in fatal Schroon hit-and-run

A New York man charged with a deadly crash on Interstate 87 in Schroon will spend up to four years behind bars.

34-year-old Joseph Bohunicky Junior of West Nyack was sentenced jail for the November 2011 crash, which killed 65-year-old Mary Morrissey of Mechanicville.

Bohunicky fled the scene of that crash. He pleaded guilty in October and was sentenced Friday.
