Waterbury winterfest celebration

Waterbury was hit hard by Tropical Storm Irene. This year, the town has decided to launch its first Waterbury Winterfest, showcasing the growth in the community since Irene and also to celebrate it's 250th birthday. Bill Minter is an organizer for Winterfest. And joining him was Grace Butler, she will be competing in the games. Watch the video for more.
