A skating coach accused of molesting a teenager has pled guilty to endangering the welfare of a child.
Genrikh Sretenski competed as an ice dancer in the 1988 Olympics for the Soviet Union. He turned to coaching and was charged with sexually abusing one of his students at the Ice Dancing Championships in Lake Placid in July 2011.
He was sentenced to a year of conditional discharge and fined. A civil case is pending.
