Police say a Bennington mother bit her 2-year-old daughter on the shoulder.
Police said they found distinct teeth marks on the child's shoulder and asked 20-year-old Christina Crandall how they got there. She said she didn't know, but her boyfriend told police Crandall told him she bit her daughter because the child bit her first -- and she wanted the girl to know how it felt.
Crandall has denied biting the girl. She pleaded not guilty to charges.
