Police seek Rutland County hit and run driver

PITTSFORD, Vt. -

Police are looking for the driver that struck a pedestrian in Pittsford and kept going.

It happened Saturday night just after 8 p.m. at the intersection of Taylor Road and Route 7.  Police say 29-year-old Naomi Taylor was walking south when she was hit by a northbound car.  Police say the driver  did not stop to render assistance.  The West Rutland woman was treated for her injuries at the hospital.
