Man arrested for Burlington pipe beating

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A Franklin County man is behind bars after a pipe beating in Burlington last month.

U.S. Marshals arrested Connor Bushell, 22, of Fletcher, on Friday.

He and another suspect are accused of using a metal pipe to attack a man on Intervale Avenue in the Old North End back on Dec. 9. The victim underwent lengthy medical treatment for substantial injuries.

Bushell was held on $25,000 bail. He faces aggravated assault charges.
