Author Sarah Jo Willey appeared on the Channel 3 Morning News to talk about her new book, "Lullaby for Birds."
"'Lullaby for Birds' came to me a few months before I found out I was expecting my first child. I believe it was my baby's way of whispering his arrival to my heart," said author Sarah Jo Willey. "Before he was born I knew the poem should become a book. There was only one artist to approach. A.M.'s style matched my vision perfectly."
Willey's poetic vision is given life by A.M. Dezotelle's gentle watercolors, inks and pastels. She takes readers, young and old, into a world filled with child-like visions of birds, youth and atmospheric bursts of color.
