BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. (AP) - Town officials in Bellows Falls, Vt., are looking to develop a riverfront trail system.
The Bellows Falls Historical Society hired Williston-based KAS, Inc., to redevelop its properties along the Mill Street Waterfront area into the project.
The Brattleboro Reformer reports engineer Stephen Diglio delivered a western parcel conceptual design presentation to the society's board of trustees on Tuesday.
The project is still in its early stages.
