AUSABLE, N.Y. -
The man from Ausable, New York who went after parole officers with his farm tractor in April was sentenced to 16 years in prison.
Kip Banker pled guilty to three counts of attempted assault of a police officer.
The Plattsburgh Press-Republican reports during a routine parole visit, Banker rammed the officers' car with his tractor, then tried to run them down with it when they got out.
