Car crashes into pole in Lyndon

LYNDON, Vt. -

Slick roads sent a car off the road in Lyndon, where it slammed into a pole.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on Memorial Drive. Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say the roads had gotten pretty slippery and the car's tires were slick. No roads were closed, and there was no serious damage to the pole.
