ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt. -

Koi Boynton of the Vermont Agriculture Agency spoke with Kristin Carlson at the Vermont Farm show. They discussed the importance of Consumer Night, where people are encouraged to try out and buy locally. From food samples to knitted collectibles, booths were packed into the "Blue Ribbon" Pavillion Building at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction. Watch the video for more.
